Payment Policy
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
We may employ third-party services to facilitate payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking at any time for reasons including but not limited to service availability, errors in description or pricing, errors in your booking, or other reasons.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Booking
When you book your tour with I AM SANTORINI, please ensure that you provide accurate information. After payment is processed, you will receive a voucher by email which must be presented on the day of the tour.
Please check the voucher carefully and notify us immediately if there is any error.
Payment Methods
If you would like to pay for your booking through the I AM SANTORINI website, you can use the following payment options:
- Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard accepted – American Express is not accepted)
- PayPal via https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/iamsantorini
- Bank transfer (available upon request)
- Cash on the day of the tour
Once the payment has been received, we will email you a voucher to print and present on the day of your tour.
Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve the date and time of the booking. This is usually paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
If the booking is cancelled within the flexible cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled after that period, the deposit is non-refundable.
A deposit of €100 applies for tours up to €500.
A deposit of €200 applies for tours up to €1,000.
A deposit of €300 applies for tours exceeding €1,000.
Rates
Rates are stated in the tour description and include the booked tour, an English-speaking driver-host, pick-up and drop-off from an agreed location, and one bottle of water per person.
Rates include local taxes. Gratuities, personal expenses, and private insurance are not included.
Prices may change without notice. Confirmed bookings will not be charged if prices increase, and no refunds will be issued if prices decrease.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour departure are fully refundable.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, or no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
This policy applies to all services without exception.
Any changes or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour departure.
If your cruise ship is unable to dock due to weather or other reasons, a full refund will be provided within 72 hours.
If we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
Insurance
I AM SANTORINI does not offer private insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to your trip to cover unexpected events such as illness or travel delays.
Without insurance, you may lose part or all of the amount paid. With insurance, you may be eligible for compensation.
I AM SANTORINI is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Meeting Location
Please arrive at the agreed meeting location on time. We recommend using WhatsApp for faster communication in case of delays.
