About the operator

I AM SANTORINI is a licensed day-tour operator based in Mesaria, Thira, Santorini, Greece (PC 84700), trading under licence of the Greek Ministry of Tourism (MHTE No. 1167E70001058101; General Commercial Registry / GEMI No. 168130838000). Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “Markos” refer to the operator, and “you” refers to the person making the booking and all members of their party.

Bookings & confirmation

A booking request is made through this website, by WhatsApp, or by email. Every booking is reviewed and confirmed personally by Markos, normally within 24 hours. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us.

• Please provide accurate names, party size, dates and contact details.
• If you booked through a third-party platform (e.g. an online travel agency), that platform’s terms also apply to your reservation.

Prices & what is included

Prices are shown per person or per group as stated on each tour and are quoted in euros (€). What is and isn’t included is listed on each tour page. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include personal expenses, gratuities, meals, or entrance fees to optional sites.

Your responsibilities

You agree to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time and to follow reasonable instructions from your guide for safety and timing. You are responsible for ensuring everyone in your party has appropriate footwear, sun protection, water and any personal medication.

Health, safety & accessibility

Some routes involve walking on uneven ground, steps or sloped paths. If anyone in your party has reduced mobility, a medical condition, or specific accessibility needs, please tell us before booking so we can tailor the day or recommend a suitable alternative.

Changes & cancellations by us

Santorini’s weather and sea conditions can change quickly. For your safety we may adjust the route, timing or order of a tour, or, in rare cases, reschedule or cancel. Where we cancel for reasons within our control or due to conditions that make a tour unsafe, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. See our Payment & Cancellation page for details.

Liability

We take great care in running our tours. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, delay or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or from your failure to follow safety instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek or EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
