The half-day options (Sightseeing, Gentle Stroll, Countryside, Wine Tour) are typically 4 to 4.5 hours, and the fuller experiences (Family Adventures, Tailor-Made, Sunset Cruise) run 5 to 6 hours. Every route is designed to fit comfortably into a single, unhurried day, tailored to your pace. If you’re having an unforgettable time and wish to extend your journey, we can easily add extra hours, subject to availability!

All my private Santorini tours are for up to 6 guests, hosted in a brand-new, fully air-conditioned hybrid minivan. For larger private groups, send me a personal message and I will arrange a tailored quote using a bigger vehicle. Traveling solo, as a couple, or with a larger party? Every tour includes personal pickup and drop-off, private hosting with me, the premium hybrid minivan, complimentary bottled water, insider storytelling at every stop, free time to explore in peace, public liability insurance, and all taxes. Not included are museum tickets, meals, gratuities, and the cable car ticket for cruise passengers (€10 per person one-way).

Yes, if you wish to book a private water taxi to skip the cable car and for a bigger minibus to accommodate more than 6 participants. This is advisable for larger groups to share the cost.

Yes. I offer a 100% on-time return guarantee for cruise ship passengers. I watch ship schedules and traffic all day long, I communicate with the cable-car operators if needed, and I plan every route so you are back at the port with plenty of time to spare.

I collect you personally from your hotel, villa, Santorini Airport (JTR), Athinios Ferry Port, or the upper cable car station at Gialos for cruise passengers. Drop-off is equally flexible: back to your pickup point or anywhere else on the island that suits your day.

You receive a full refund with no charge, regardless of when we hear the news. The same policy applies in the event of a verified medical emergency. Your health and peace of mind always come first. I will issue a full refund within 72 hours.

Yes, my private Santorini tours are family-friendly for children of all ages. The Family Adventures tour is specifically designed for parents traveling with kids, with gentle pacing and built-in downtime. The only exception is the Santorini Wine Tour, which is adults-only.

Partially. Guests must be able to transfer in and out of the vehicle independently, and only foldable wheelchairs can be accommodated. The route is built around flat viewpoints and short strolls, so much of the day is enjoyable without full mobility. Let me know your specific needs when you book, and I will adjust the itinerary.

Yes, mine are one of the most senior-friendly Santorini tour options on the island. The pace is relaxed, the minivan is comfortable, and steep stairs and paths are avoided. The Gentle Stroll tour is built specifically with mobility comfort in mind.

For high season (June to September) I recommend booking 3 to 6 weeks in advance, since private Santorini tours often sell out. In shoulder season (April, May, October) a week or two is usually enough. I also happily take last-minute bookings whenever availability allows.

April through early June, and September through October, offer the best balance for a Santorini tour: warm weather, thinner crowds, gentle light for photography, and a more relaxed rhythm than peak summer. July and August are the busiest, so book early if you plan to visit then.

Comfortable shoes for short village walks, a hat and sunscreen in summer, sunglasses, cash for personal purchases and gratuities, and a light jacket for the caldera breeze in the evening. I provide complimentary bottled water on every tour. If you plan to visit the archaeological site of Akrotiri or a museum, credit cards are accepted.
